I’ve worked with online communities since 1995 when I began working at America Online. In the 15 + years since, I’ve found myself involved in every aspect of the web from my earliest days at AOL as a member of the terms of service (TOS) enforcement team, to developing web applications such as blogs, to creating content that highlights the voice and talents of an online community, and now, running the social media and web marketing programs for a variety of small businesses.
